My friend Ben
surprised me with this homepage as a medium to store these pictures taken from
the Sivananda yoga ashram in the Bahamas. I wanted to get these out so you
can see what I was doing there. The man you see with me in these pictures
is one of my yoga teachers there and a good friend. I'll write more
